Mr. McCartney is the President and CEO, as well as a shareholder of TCS Industries, Inc. His background includes 6 years as a manager with Delloitte, a national accounting firm, and 20 years as the Chief Financial Officer of national title insurance companies. Included in his experience is participation in the initial public stock offering of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., the parent of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. His educational background includes a BS degree in accounting from Arizona State University. Mr. McCartney took over the role of President of TCS in January 1997. He relocated with his family from Arizona to New Mexico in May, 1997.

Nang Vuong

Mr. Vuong has served TCS Industries in various capacities for over 9 years. His functions have included quality control, estimating, purchasing and production management. He has over 28 years of diversified experience in precision sheet metal fabrication.

Steve Clark

Mr. Clark has been in the position of CNC Programmer with TCS Industries for 2 years. Prior to joining TCS, he has over 18 years of experience in sheet metal design, cutting, forming and welding. He has extensive experience in operating sheet metal fabricating tools of all types.

Steve Mayeda

Mr. Mayeda has been the Shop Foreman for TCS Industries for over 5 years. Over his 20 years of experience, Steve has gained experience in quality control, set up and operation of various fabricating tools and production scheduling. The technicians at TCS look to Steve for day to day supervision and assistance with solving technical problems on the floor.
